How to Measure Your Seat Surface

Using a measuring tape or device, measure the flat seating surface you will place the cushion on.

Depth is the measurement from the back of the seat to under your knees. The cushion will not traditionally meet the front edge of your seat as the taper to 1" provides room for your knees under the steering wheel. 

Width is the flat surface, side to side, that you will sit on. If the seat is bolstered (rounded) on each side, only measure the flat seating surface between the bolstered areas.

You must request a Return Authorization (RTA) number before shipping the product back to KDI. We do not issue call tags or return labels.

The item must be in its original packaging in the same condition you received it. Include the completed RTA number, reason for return, and the original, dated receipt or packing slip, for a refund of the product price, less shipping, and a 15% restocking fee.

Note: If the item had free shipping at the time of purchase, the shipping charges will be deducted prior to refunding. Shipping is a service and not refundable for any order.

Exchange

You may exchange it within 30 days of purchase if the item is in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. You will be required to return the original item by requesting an RTA number and include that number in your shipment of the item(s) back to:
