 HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINE 
The Tush-Cush® staff wants to wish everyone a happy and safe Holiday season. Please note, our offices will be closed December 20th, 2017 and re-open Jan 4th, 2018.
All Priority Mail orders placed on or before Dec 20th during normal business hours will ship prior to our holiday closure and will have an expected delivery date of December 24th as per the USPS Priority Mail Holiday shipping deadlines. Orders submitted after Dec 20th will ship after we re-open on Jan 4th, 2018.

Q: What is the difference between the cushions?
A: The Tush-Cush® is 14”X18” and both the Car-Cush® & Compu-Cush® measure 13”X16”. We use the same foam and fabric in all the cushions. The only difference is the size. It’s really just a matter of preference, but if you are planning to use the cushion in the car, and you have bucket seats, sometimes those 2 inches can make a big difference.

Q: How long will my cushion last?
A: We use only the finest quality polyurethane foam with fabrics from the furniture and automotive industry. Many happy customers report their cushions have served them for 5+ years, others replace them once a year.

Q: How do I clean my cushion?
A: The generation and faux leather covers can be wiped off with warm water and a mild soap, with no need to remove the cover. The velour cover can be removed. We recommend hand washing or using the gentle cycle with mild soap, then line dry. To put it back on, fold the zipper end inside-out, half way covering the cutout section. Work the corners back in around the cutout and then pull the zipper end back towards the end. Don’t zip it up until the fabric has had a chance to relax a bit. Experience has shown this is the best way

Q: Can I buy a new cover or new piece of foam?
A: No, production schedules do not allow for “parting out” the cushions.

Q: What is your warranty?
A: Our limited warranty is for one year against materials and workmanship. If there is a problem, please call us for authorization. We will then ask you to send the cushion back, including a note as to the problem along with your original receipt (a copy will do) and contact information. We will review the problem, and if it is found to be covered under our warranty, we will replace your cushion free of charge. Please do not send back the cushion without prior authorization.

Q: How do I Order Cushions?
A: You can place your orders online or by calling us at (858) 566-4850.

Q: What is the return policy?
A: You can return your purchase within 30 days for a refund, minus any shipping charges and a $4.00 handling fee. All cushions must be returned in original condition and in product display bag. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show excessive wear, odor, or not in original condition. Please include your original receipt (a copy will do) and contact information.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is calculated by weight and address of delivery. All orders within in the United States ship USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the carrier). All orders outside the United States ship USPS First Class International, unless otherwise noted. For discounted shipping on large orders, or for any questions please contact us at (800) 451-6206.

*Please be advised countries outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and custom taxes as per the laws of your country of residence when you receive your order.
