Tush-Cush Product Exchange and Product Return

We only accept returns/exchanges from online purchases through the Tush-Cush® website. If you purchased from a retailer that carries Tush-Cush® on Amazon, their business website, or in a retail location, and you have an issue with the item or wish to exchange, you need to process your exchange or return to the original point of purchase and abide by that seller's return/exchange policy.

*Items with tags removed, that are not in original condition, that sport pet hair, are dirty, or show obvious use will not be accepted for Return.

Our Guarantee:

Kinetic Diversified Industries, Inc. (KDI) offers a 30-day money back guarantee from date on invoice or packing slip on products purchased on the Tush-Cush® website that are in unused, clean, and original condition. You must request a Return Authorization (RTA) number prior to shipping the product back to KDI. We do not issue call tags or return labels.

Return the item in its original packaging in the same condition* you received it in, along with the completed RTA number, reason for return, and the original, dated receipt or packing slip, for a refund of the product price, less shipping and a 15% restocking fee

Note: If the item had free shipping at time of purchase, the actual shipping charges will be deducted prior to refunding. Shipping is a service and not refundable for any order.

Exchange of Product Purchased on Tush-Cush® Website:

An exchange within 30 days of purchase is possible as long as the item is in its original packaging and in the same condition* you received it in. You will be required to return the original item by requesting an RTA number and include that number in your shipment of the item(s) back to:

Once the item is received by KDI, a shipping invoice for the new product will be sent online to you for payment. Once paid, your new requested product will be shipped to you.

Nice cushion and the small size that I need

I was looking for a cushion that would provide some support and fit on a theater seat. This cushon is comfortable and a perfect size.

Tush Cush is a life saver!

I have purchased 3 tush Cush so far. I use them I. My car and at the kitchen table and in my office. Just gave one of them to my sister for her wheelchair. Now I’m going to buy a few more!

Cushion is Fine - Return Process Not So Much

These are great cushions and although I measured it did not work in my truck. I ordered direct from the company. Just know that if you need to return you have to pay the return postage and a 15% restocking fee. I think the restocking fee is absurd. Order from a company that does not cost you to return.
