Welcome! Kinetic Diversified Industries, Inc., “the Tush-Cush® people” are committed to providing the best customer service. You can find answers to most of your questions below. If you can’t find an answer to your question our customer service desk is available to assist you Monday through Thursday 8:30am – 3pm PST. If you have a question about an order, it is recommended that you email us at: orders@tushcush.com. Please make sure your email includes your name and order number. As part of our commitment to keeping you informed, we will send you various communications about your order, including:

1.  Immediately after you place your order, you will receive a ORDER CONFIRMATION and an ONLINE PAYMENT RECEIPT via email.

2.  When your order ships (typically within 1-2 business days), you get an email with tracking information.

Order Processing

You will receive a copy of your order by email immediately after you place your order. Please check it carefully to be sure your order is accurate. If you wish to make changes, please notify us immediately. If you have selected expedited shipping and our shipping schedule does not fit with your chosen shipping method please contact us immediately by phone or email. Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of receipt. In stock items are usually shipped within 2 business days. Please be sure to provide us with an accurate email address and DAYTIME phone number so we can contact you should any questions arise with your order.

NOTE: Colors on the web may appear slightly different than they actually are and vinyl color dye lots may vary slightly.

Order Tracking

Tracking your shipment. We will send you a USPS tracking number on the day we ship your order. If you’d like to track your shipment, you can copy the tracking number from your email and paste it in the tracking box at http://www.usps.com/us. If you do not receive your tracking number via email and it has been at least 5 business days since your order was placed please contact us.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order please call us at 800-451-6206 or email us at orders@tushcush.com immediately. As long as the order has not already shipped we will cancel the order.

Payment Methods.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for online payment via our secure server. Charges on your credit card will appear from “Kinetic Diversified Industries, Inc”. If you prefer to pay by Check or Money Order you can mail it along with your product and color request to:

*If you are unsure of the total cost, please call us for an accurate total. 8.75% tax is only added to California residents.

Shipping Info

We ship Monday- Thursday from our warehouse in San Diego, CA. We DO NOT ship on Fridays, weekends, or holidays. If expedited shipping is selected we will ship using the chosen method on our next shipping day. If you have selected expedited shipping and our shipping schedule does not fit with your chosen shipping method please contact us immediately by phone or email. Once the order has left our warehouse shipping will not be refunded. However, if UPS fails to deliver in a timely manner please contact us. The Shipping Charge for 1 cushion is $8.50, and $2.00 each additional item. Shipping charges to CA are slightly lower. We ship to HI and AK via USPS Priority Mail, this cost is slightly higher. Shipping to Canada starts at $22.00. We are unable to make adjustments to the payment of shipping selections. Please select the correct shipping option for your delivery address during the ordering process. If you realize an error has been made please call us at 800-451-6206. NOTE: Your shipment is fully insured against damage and if you should experience a problem of any kind, we are available to assist you.

Warranty Info

Our limited warranty is for one year against materials and workmanship. If there is a problem, please call us for authorization.We will then ask you to send the cushion back, including a note as to the problem along with your original receipt (a copy will do) and contact information. We will review the problem, and if it is found to be covered under our warranty, we will replace your cushion free of charge. Please do not send back the cushion without prior authorization.

NOTE: WARRANTY APPLIES only during normal use and care and is absolutely VOID if the Product is misused, neglected, damaged, or if it has been repaired or altered by someone other than
Kinetic Diversified Industries, Inc,.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return your cushion within 30 days for a refund,minus any shipping charges and a $4.00 handling fee. All cushions must be returned in original condition and in product display bag. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show excessive wear, odor, or not in original condition. Please include your original receipt (a copy will do) and contact information.

We will gladly accept your products for return or exchange and issue a refund in accordance with this Returns & Exchanges Policy. All non-defective items must be in “like-new” condition. Any non-defective item that has been damaged or altered after you receive it will not be accepted. If you have already discarded the shipping box please be sure to find a box that will not smash or damage the cushion. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not packaged with care and potentially cause damage to the product.

DO NOT SEND BACK AN ORDER THAT EXCEEDS OUR 30-DAY RETURN POLICY without prior consent. We will not honor returns past our 30-day return policy. If a return is submitted after 30 days, and rejected, you will be responsible for the shipping if you decide to have the item sent back to you. We accept exchanges within 30-days of original purchase. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges to return the product in question to us. Once the return has been processed we will send the replacement item free of charge. Please include a check for any increased difference in price. Privacy Policy

Customer is aware that Kinetic Diversified Industries, Inc may send occasional emails with special offers and new products updates. Customers can request to be removed from such list after receiving the first email. There will be an opt out link that customers can use to remove their email address. Otherwise we will not use, rent or sell your information for ANY REASON!
